We are always interested in recruiting new Agents. However, it is our policy to only recruit experienced agents who are aggressive and that have a successful sales background, but who need better contracts and products. It is also best that the agent have the ability to generate his/her own leads, or have a source.
Agents will also have the ability to build their own agency if they choose.
